merely the absence of disease or infirmity. There are five main aspects of

 personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. Being 

 healthy should be part of your overall lifestyle and make sure it`s our benefits. 

Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic disease and long-term 

illnesses. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health is important 

for your self-esteem and self-image. The health care items or services convert 

under a health insurance plan. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right 

for your body. Healthy people always eating a variety of foods that give you the 

nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These 

nutrients include proteincarbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. 

Nutrition is important for everyone. The most important part of your body is your 

brain and nerve system.
 



•Health care services:




The health care system offers four broad types of services: health promotion,

 disease, prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and rehabilitation. There are two

 types of healthcare service: 1. public service 2. private service. 

1. Public service is something such as health care, transport, or the removal of

 waste which is organized by the government or an official body in order to benefit

 all the people in a particular society or community. The money is used by local

 authorities to pay for public services. 

2.Private service is the collection of refuse and waste by the contractor from

 customers, pursuant to separate agreements or arrangements between a

 customer and the contractor. Health care services include in and out of the area

 emergency services, inpatient hospital, and physician care. outpatient medical

 services, laboratory and radiology services, and preventive health services. 




•Basic health care needs:



Physical and mental well-being starts with access to fresh air and water, nutritious

 food, and the security of a stable home. People also need healthy relationships 

with the freedom to express gender and sexuality and a life free from violence, 

injury, and toxic stress. Primary health care is a whole of society approach to

 health and well-being centered on the needs and preferences of individuals, 

families, and communities. It addresses the broader determinants of health and 

focuses on the comprehensive and interrelated aspects of physical, mental, and 

social health and wellbeing. Providing all citizens the right to health care is good

 for economic productivity. When people have access to health care, they live

 healthier lives and miss work less, allowing them to contribute more to the

 economy. 




•The type of health care facilities:




A hospital, an institution that is built, staffed and equipped for the diagnosis of 

disease, for the treatment, both medical and surgical, of the sick and the injured, 

and for their housing during this process. The modern hospital also often serves 

as a center for investigation and for teaching. The hospital facilities service is so

good. Hospital facilities are the best for health care. There are many ways to

 hospital facilities and services: Emergency department, coronary care unit, 

intensive care unit, coronary angiography suite, endovascular laboratory, post-

anesthetic care unit, day surgery unit. These include doctor`s services, inpatient

 and outpatient hospital care, prescription drug coverage, pregnancy and

 childbirth, mental health services, and more. Some plans cover more services.

 Plans must offer dental coverage for children. Dental benefits for adults are

 optional.



•A healthy lifestyle:



A healthy lifestyle is a way of living that lowers the risk of being seriously ill or

 dying early. Not all diseases are preventable, but a large proportion of deaths,

 particularly those from coronary heart diseases and lung cancer can be avoided. 

A healthy lifestyle is very comfortable and peaceful. You can control your lifestyle 

to avoid bad habits. Everybody has can do take control of bad habits. You can 

avoid, 1. Don`t smoke. Smoke is injurious to health. Smoking is the number one 

cause of lung cancer. One out of every five heart disease death is directly related 

to smoking. Smoking causes type 2 diabetes. Liver cancer, erectile dysfunction, 

ectopic pregnancy, vision loss, tuberculosis, and more. Physical activity or

 exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several

 diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. Physical 

activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most 

importantly regular activity can improve your qualify of life. A healthy lifestyle

 benefits very well. Eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains, lean protein,

 vegetables, and fruits. Be sure to get enough vitamin D and calcium. Maintain

 a healthy weight and body shape.

more energy, maintain weight, increase confidence and self-screen, and helps to

 battle the chronic disease. Mental health is a state of well-being in which 

an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses 

of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her 

community. People who have a strong social network tend to live longer. The 

heart and blood pressure of people with healthy relationships respond better to 

stress. Strong social networks are associated with a healthier endocrine system 

and healthier cardiovascular function.
