Physical and mental well-being starts with access to fresh air and water, nutritious
food, and the security of a stable home. People also need healthy relationships
with the freedom to express gender and sexuality and a life free from violence,
injury, and toxic stress. Primary health care is a whole of society approach to
health and well-being centered on the needs and preferences of individuals,
families, and communities. It addresses the broader determinants of health and
focuses on the comprehensive and interrelated aspects of physical, mental, and
social health and wellbeing. Providing all citizens the right to health care is good
for economic productivity. When people have access to health care, they live
healthier lives and miss work less, allowing them to contribute more to the
economy.

A hospital, an institution that is built, staffed and equipped for the diagnosis of
disease, for the treatment, both medical and surgical, of the sick and the injured,
and for their housing during this process. The modern hospital also often serves
as a center for investigation and for teaching. The hospital facilities service is so
good. Hospital facilities are the best for health care. There are many ways to
hospital facilities and services: Emergency department, coronary care unit,
intensive care unit, coronary angiography suite, endovascular laboratory, post-
anesthetic care unit, day surgery unit. These include doctor`s services, inpatient
and outpatient hospital care, prescription drug coverage, pregnancy and

importantly regular activity can improve your qualify of life. A healthy lifestyle
benefits very well. Eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains, lean protein,
a healthy weight and body shape.

heart and blood pressure of people with healthy relationships respond better to
stress. Strong social networks are associated with a healthier endocrine system
and healthier cardiovascular function.
